The creation of artist Daisy Capri, Vanity Fairy is a vehicle she uses to escape to a world where disco remains Queen. Capri harnesses the fictitious Vanity and her shimmering vocal false Jo (previously compared to everyone from Kate Bush to Grimes to Barry Gibb) to spin a sugar-sweet world that plays with kitsch-pop tropes and revels in the hedonistic indulgences of classic disco.
