Higher Power was formed in 2014 as a one-off project involving Jimmy and Alex who merely wanted to throw down a little clean-vocal hardcore. Planning on just writing a demo with a certain sound no one else was trying, "what else have we got to do?" they questioned. After the release, word of the group quickly spread throughout the hardcore scene and their euphoric live shows won them a following.
