Formed from the ashes of Meta-Stasis and The Defiled, Red Method have created a surging buzz in the metal scene in a short space of time. Their debut album 'For The Sick' was released in February 2020 and since then they have crafted their songs to contain big grooves, melodies and hooks to translate immaculately in a live setting.
