What's Cookin', established in 2004, hosts all things garage, trash beat, rock & roll, country, blues, R&B, freak folk and psych rock. They started through putting on shows at The Plough in Walthamstow and have since spread their influence to many different venues in the London area. They also launched Stove Pony Records with Mule Freedom, featuring acts who had performed at What’s Cookin’.
