Pioneers of the late 90’s pop-punk and geek rock movements, Nerf Herder are perhaps best known for their powerful theme to the TV show, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Formed in 1994 in Santa Barbara, California, they describe themselves as a "geek rock" band, and are known for simple modern punk-style songs with frequently humorous, juvenile, and pop-culture-referencing lyrics.
