ENSEMBLE

Founded in 1982 by Marc Minkowski, Les Musiciens du Louvre perform the Baroque, Classical and Romantic repertoire on period instruments. Internationally renowned, they are invited to perform on the most prestigious stages in Europe. The orchestra has made a name for itself with its unique interpretations of works by Rameau, as well as Haydn and Mozart and, more recently, Bach and Shubert.
