April Tapes are 4 piece alternative rock band based in Chesterfield. Releasing music since late 2022 but fully formed in April 2023 the band consist of Max Stokes on Vocals and guitar, Bethan Evans on bass and vocals, Angus Marnoch on drums, and Henry Wright on lead guitar. The band was named after a folder on Max's computer that contained song demos from April 2022 titled 'April tapes'.
