A programme of improvised and improvisatory music spanning 5 centuries of western musical styles, performed by Emily White on sackbut and violin, and Jonathan Rees on viols. The programme includes music by or “after” Henry Purcell, Barbara Strozzi, Dave Brubeck, Enrique Granados, Diego Ortiz, Carl Friedrich Abel, and Bristol-based composer John Barber.
