For a long time, travellers came and went in and out of the building of the "Stattbahnhof" cultural centre – after all, the house used to serve as a train station. Since 1997, the cultural centre "Stattbahnhof", founded in the mid-eighties as the collective "die schreinerei", has resided in the former counter and waiting halls.
